Whenever I open the Launcher it says "Outbound has stopped working." and after clicking to end the process. Another error shows up that says "-3013 -- ?x10[3013] SOUL WORKER" if anyone had this problem and has a fix please tell me . Thanks in advance. http://imgur.com/a/mIs5I

Does the error appear while you're downloading the game or after you've had it installed?
