Would my geforce 9500 gt be able to run the game in it's minimal with minimum fps drops ? e.e
my other specs are an I3 and 8gb ram. ty

It should be, it can even run on a mac, but expect very low FPS, (20~30) and you will need to restart the game if it stays on for a long time due to bad optimization  or your FPS will drop to <5.

Should run well enough in low settings. However you probably would need to relaunch your game every few dungeons to prevent memory leaks.
